Under California Law, Irrevocable Trusts can be amended, revoked or terminated under certain circumstances. Under new California law, an irrevocable trust may, if meeting certain criteria, be ‘decanted’ into a new trust we prepare for you with different terms. We provide analysis of irrevocable trusts and counsel as well as preparation of trust modification, termination, revocation or decanting, where circumstances warrant and the law permits.
